When is your delivery service available?
Monday – Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays except Mothering Sunday.
For our delivery service to be as efficient as possible, delivery runs are as follows - morning run form 8.30 AM onwards and afternoon run from 3.30 PM onwards.
Delivery times are not guaranteed except for funeral flowers. However, depending on orders already received, we endeavour to deliver as soon as time allows. Funeral flower deliveries will take priority.
If you have a request regarding delivery, please phone to discuss, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Same-day orders must be placed before 12 noon.
What happens if the recipient is out?
We will try to find a friendly neighbour willing to care for the flowers, and a card will be left to let the recipient know where the flowers are.
If we can not find a helpful neighbour, the driver will return the flowers to base, but a card will be left informing the recipient that we have flowers for them and to phone to arrange redelivery.
Do you deliver to The Princess Royal Hospital?
Sorry, no, as the PRH no longer accepts flowers to patients.
Can I place a click and collect order online?
No, as this is now a studio-based florist service, we do not provide a collection service.
Can I phone to talk to the person who will be dealing with my order?
Absolutely, yes, we are an independent local florist, and we love to talk with our customers, our florists answer our phone, and we are always happy to help. However, we may pop out to fetch essential supplies, milk for coffee, or maybe the odd chocolate bar from time to time. But we will return as soon as possible, so please leave your name and number with the answerphone, and we will call you back.
